Our professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists are fully accredited with national bodies, and each have up to 20 years experience treating adult patients with a variety of mental health issues, including;

Our approach is warm, friendly and consultative, beginning with a bespoke initial assessment where we can glean your current situation and your goals to develop a therapeutic journey tailored to you. We aim to make ourselves accessible to you, whenever you require an appointment – weekdays, evenings and weekends. Our dedicated team offer in-person appointments in London and Essex, but also offer online appointments to serve clients across the wider UK and the rest of the World.

We are also Registered Providers with AVIVA, Vitality and WPA.
