Prevention is Better Than a Cure

Typically, when faced with a difficult situation for weeks or months, many of us try to ‘tough it out’, instead of seeking the help we probably require. We often wait until we are on the verge of a complete emotional breakdown, when our career, relationships and well-being are fragile before we consider getting support. This is why we have created our Well-being MOTs – allowing clients to take care of their mental health, by evaluating and identifying any possible symptoms before they escalate.

Keeping Your Mind Healthy and Your Goals On Track

The purpose of our Well-being MOTs is to provide you with the chance to check-in with a trained Therapist to see how your mental health is, in order to prevent future emotional breakdowns and reduce the likelihood of needing long-term therapy. During our Well-being MOT session, we will conduct a 90-minute mental health assessment to determine your current state, how you arrived there, and identify your strengths, while highlighting any potentially problematic, unconscious patterns that you may still be following.

Ultimately, the goal is for you to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Working with Lorraine has helped me considerably.
